Atlanta Hawks’ Head Coach Larry Drew visited Voices of Faith Ministries in Stone Mountain recently, taking in a spiritual Word from Bishop Gary Hawkins, Sr. Drew worshipped with Voices of Faith on Nov. 25, the Sunday after Thanksgiving. It was his second visit to the church.

“I was really glad that he came to visit us. I just looked out and there he was in the congregation. We didn’t know he was coming, but he has always said that whenever his schedule permits, he would worship with us,” said Bishop Hawkins, an avid basketball lover and big fan of the Hawks.

Bishop Hawkins praised Drew for the work that he is doing with the Hawks, who are on a winning streak, and encouraged him to pursue his goals.
