V103 and This Is It raised over $20,000 today (Dec. 3), with people dropping off donations at the restaurant on Panola Road during a live broadcast. Gregory B. Levett & Sons announced it would donate the cost of the funeral to the grieving family so the family could use the money for other needs.

Wyatt's mother was so overcome with emotion over the outpouring of support that she burst into tears.
