DeKalb County contractor restores water service on North Carter Road

 DECATUR, GA— DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management contractors have restored water on North Carter Road near Russell Drive, officials said Monday, June 17.

Contractors were working in the area as part of the Scott Boulevard III Water Replacement Project.

As service is restored, customers in the affected area may experience brown water and are encouraged to run the faucets inside and outside their homes/businesses to clear the internal plumbing.
