DEKALB COUNTY, GA—This month, Commissioner Robert Patrick will hold two “Coffee with the Commissioner” informal gatherings designed to foster open communication with the community.
“Coffee with the Commissioner is an opportunity to hear directly from the community, discuss challenges, and work collaboratively to find solutions,” said Commissioner Patrick. “I look forward to meaningful conversations and continuing to make a positive impact in our county.”
The first event will take place on Saturday, Dec. 7, 9 to 11 a.m., at First Watch restaurant, located at 4650 Hugh Howell Rd., Suite 200, Tucker. Patrick will be joined by Timothy Hardy, director of the DeKalb County Code Compliance Administration, who will address community concerns and field questions regarding code compliance issues.
The second event is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 14, 9 to 11 a.m. at Starbucks, located inside the Embry Hills Kroger, at 3559 Chamblee Tucker Rd., Atlanta. This event provides another opportunity for residents to connect directly with Commissioner Patrick and share their thoughts and concerns.
Residents will have the opportunity to discuss their concerns with the proposed water and sewer rate increase, SPLOST II project, and more.
DeKalb residents are encouraged to attend one or both events to learn more about local initiatives and share feedback with Commissioner Patrick and Director Hardy. Complimentary coffee will be provided to attendees.
