CONYERS, GA—Business owners and leaders are invited to a listening session on Monday, April 27, from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Conyers City Hall, 901 O’Kelly Street.
Hosted by Mayor Connie Alsobrook and City Council member Sherri Washington, the session is designed to invite open dialogue among business owners and professionals to strengthen the local business environment and facilitate further collaboration between the city and businesses.
Conyers Mayor and City Council launched “Conyers Conversations Listening Sessions” earlier this year as a means of engagement and collaboration with citizens.
“We want to provide an intimate space where we can speak freely with constituents – in this case, the business community – on topics of interest among business professionals and how the city can be part of their continued success,” said Mayor Alsobrook.
Future Conyers Conversations Listening Sessions will be promoted via the city’s social media platforms, website, and by council members who host the sessions.
