GWINNETT COUNTY GA— The Atlanta International Night Market (AINM), https://atlnightmarket.org/, is returning to the City of Lawrenceville Sept. 12-13 with free admission.
The event, in its fifth year in Lawrenceville, will feature more than 80 vendors representing food and crafts from around the world as well as cultural performances. There also will be an International Village hosting non-profits representing various regions and a K-Pop zone as well.
The international night market combines cultures from Latin America, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas and has been held in various cities in the metro Atlanta area. AINM is ranked 3rd in USA Today’sReader’s Choice Awards for Best Night Market.
“Atlanta is not only a global destination, but home to a large and diverse population,” said Rachel Tran Lynch, Event Committee Chair of AINM Foundation. “Whether its food, live performances, or learning how other cultures thrive, the festival is the premier global experience for Atlanta’s families to enjoy and learn about Atlanta’s amazing international presence. I hope everyone comes out for what is sure to be an incredible experience.”
Since 2016, AINM has welcomed hundreds of thousands of people to its events. Festival goers tasted foods from all over the world, shopped vendors, while enjoying dancing and theater-style performances.
AINM was founded by friends from different cultural backgrounds with the ultimate goal to build a more inclusive Atlanta. They wanted to accomplish this mission through festive multicultural and educational programs that celebrate and build bridges in Atlanta’s diverse communities. The festival not only brings together cultures from all the over world but introduces festival goers to new food and cultural traditions.
AINM is a nonprofit run entirely by volunteers. It is always looking for volunteers to help now and in the future. For more information: visit: https://atlnightmarket.org/.
