ATLANTA — The Better Business Bureau has issued a consumer alert regarding hundreds of complaints filed against “Ultra Right Beer, LLC,” also known as “Conservative Dad’s.” The company, established in 2023 according to Georgia Secretary of State records, has garnered significant attention due to issues with delivery and refunds. Consumers have reported paying for beer, clothing, merchandise and other collectible items that never arrived, with some going months without receiving updates.
Ultra Right Beer, LLC currently holds an “F” rating with BBB Atlanta & NE Georgia. This rating is based on the 406 complaints filed, of which 395 remain unanswered, and the company’s failure to voluntarily address the pattern of complaint upon BBB request.
One consumer complaint to BBB stated, “I ordered Ultra Right Beer in September for $30.91 and received an email saying my order would ship soon. Months later, I have not received the beer or any updates and attempts to contact the company by email and phone have gone unanswered. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.”
Another complaint reported to BBB described a similar issue: “I placed an order for four 6-packs of a special collector’s item: CONSERVATIVE DAD’S REVENGE! beer on September 29, 2023, with a delivery time of 30 days. Hasn’t been received as of this date. Sent several emails requesting status of product with no response.” The consumer also stated that attempts to contact the company by phone were unsuccessful due to a full voicemail box. Frustrated by the lack of response, the consumer reported the issue to the Federal Trade Commission.
In December 2024, BBB Atlanta & NE Georgia reached out to Ultra Right Beer, LLC to request voluntary cooperation in addressing these unresolved complaints and the recurring pattern of consumer issues. To date, the company has not responded.
