Join the Congressional Black Caucus and faith leaders from around the country in a National Black Faith Leaders Telephone Town Hall on Wednesday, April 15, 4 p.m. EDT.
Experts will discuss how to access provisions in the CARE Act targeted towards religious organizations and non-profits, as well as information about how to broadcast worship services on digital platforms. Members of the Congressional Black Caucus will also share an update on its efforts in Congress to provide additional resources to Black families, churches and communities.

As a 76 year who participated in the Civil Rights Movement (arrested in Knoxville TN; attended March On Washington DC ’63 & 50th anniversary 2013; marched, picketed and served as Treasurer local NAACP; also 1st Black Dept Head for City of Savannah} I am proud to participate in BLM Movement today which rem emberesGeorge Floyd and the countless number of BLACK LIVES lost over the many years years in the past.

I was arrested in Knoxville TN; Attended the March on Washington ’63/50th anniversary 2013; Picketed and marched in Savannah Tybee Is GA; was 1st Black Dept, Head for Savannah City govt and served as Treasurer for NAACP. My brother was among group who was beaten, mouth bloodied, tooth knockeded out and arrested for “trespassing”. I approve of MLM movement
