Decide DeKalb Development Authority is recognizing Georgia Small Business Week (March 13-17) by highlighting five companies for their contributions to economic growth within DeKalb County. These businesses represent diverse industries—from game design to meal kit delivery service—with their own unique story to tell.
Throughout this week, the Development Authority along with DeKalb County government will be celebrating small businesses through social media channels. Businesses and residents are encouraged to join in using the hashtag #DecideSmallBiz when posting to their accounts about local small businesses.
Below is the list of companies honored:
Gimmie Games: One of the world’s foremost designers of entertainment-style slot machines with worldwide distribution their games are built with unique math models and patented game play concepts.
Ecolink: An industry leader in the development of EPA & OSHA compliant cleaning solutions.
Coaxum’s Seafood Spot: An adventure in Creole and Cajun dining with an emphasis on authenticity and the flavors of Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region.
CERM: An environmental, engineering and program management firm providing comprehensive and lasting solutions to address unique problems in transportation, environment, water, and energy.
PREP Atlanta: Opened in June 2014 with one goal in mind – help build and support small food businesses in Metro Atlanta, by creating a Small Food Business Accelerator to help local entrepreneurs.
