Lorraine Cochran-Johnson, who is running for DeKalb County CEO, is inviting DeKalb residents to join her for a one-hour county-wide Tele Town Hall on May 15, 6:30 p.m., covering major issues that impact DeKalb County.
“During this Town Hall, I will share my plan to move DeKalb progressively forward as I address critical issues at the forefront of our future,” Cochran-Johnson stated.
“DeKalb is at a crossroad and the next CEO will be charged with acting on key issues that will define our communities. Join me for a candid conversation on my plan to usher DeKalb into its best days through the revitalization of South DeKalb Mall and Memorial Drive. We will discuss infrastructure – past, present and future, high-capacity transit, and areas where decisive action is needed to ensure optimal outcomes for growth.”
DeKalb residents will receive a formal invitation phone call to join the conversation, which will be held on Wednesday, May 15, at 6:30 p.m. The call received will bridge to the live discussion.
“My call allows you to experience the unprecedented connectivity I will afford you as your CEO. I want to offer all DeKalb residents a seat at the table, so you are fully informed and engaged. It is time we come together in an unprecedented way to improve our communities and lay a solid foundation for our future – together we win,” Cochran-Johnson said.
