GWINNETT COUNTY, GA– Gwinnett County Police detectives have arrested Aaron Guillen, 26, of Norcross, on murder charges in connection with the death of Marianna Guillen, 24, a mother of four children. Aaron Guillen had been on the run since Monday, Oct. 21. The suspect was arrested in Newton County today, Oct. 22, police said
Guillen was charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was booked into the Newton County Jail, awaiting extradition to Gwinnett County.
Investigators have not released details about the relationship between Aaron Guillen and Marianna Guillen, although they believe they had children together and lived together.
According to the investigation, officers from Gwinnett County Police Department’s West Precinct responded to 1100 Gwinnett Station Circle in unincorporated Tucker about a person shot at 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 21. When officers arrived, they discovered one deceased adult female suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Homicide investigators conducted interviews and crime scene units processed the scene.
