The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit has arrested a suspect in the May 15 shooting of two victims on Chupp Road in Lithonia.
Lithonia resident Quinton Bentford, 30, is charged with murder and aggravated Assault involving two victims, one of whom died as a result of the shooting. Warrants were issued on Aug. 26 for Bentford’s arrest. He was located and taken into custody without incident by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit on Sept. 1 at a bus stop near Panola Road in Lithonia.
