DEKALB COUNTY, GA –MARTA will temporarily halt rail service to Indian Creek Station on the Blue Line from Dec. 8-9, 2024, for the installation of a new pedestrian bridge over the tracks.
The Kensington Station will temporarily serve as the end of the Blue Line during the installation.

The pedestrian bridge installation is part of the larger Indian Creek Station Rehabilitation Project designed to improve safety, accessibility, and overall customer experience. The project also includes heavy cleaning, new flooring, renovation of the western plaza, bus loop improvements, and fare gate enhancements.
On Sunday, Dec. 8, and Monday, Dec. 9, bus shuttles will run between Indian Creek and Kensington Stations. Bus routes serving Indian Creek will run as scheduled and parking at the station remains open, although drivers are encouraged to park at Kensington that weekend, if possible.
