Rockdale Chairman Oz Nesbitt to host “10th Annual Lend-A-Ham” giveaway

ROCKDALE, GA—Rockdale Board of Commissioners Chairman Oz Nesbitt will host his “10th Annual Lend-A-Ham”giveaway on Sunday, March 28, 3 p.m. at the Oliva Haydel Senior Center, located at 1240 Dogwood Drive, Conyers.

“It’s a blessing to be a blessing,” Chairman Nesbitt said. “I’m excited that this year marks our 10th year supporting the senior citizens of Rockdale County. Most are on a fixed-income and several are raising grandchildren. Easter recognizes and celebrates the resurrection of Christ, the ultimate giver. I’m glad to live in a community where people care and give back, and to partake in 10 years of blessings…”
