ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA– Rockdale County Animal Services is relaunching its community meetings to discuss updates on animal services, stats from the previous year, and upcoming projects.
The public meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. at JP Carr Community Center, 981 Taylor St., Conyers,
Residents, pet owners, animal-related businesses, rescue organizations, and advocacy groups are encouraged to attend and participate in the conversation about the future of animal services in Rockdale County. The meeting will provide an overview of department achievements, current challenges, and new initiatives in development.
“We’re excited to re-engage with the community and provide a transparent look into the work we’re doing for Rockdale County’s animals,” said Ciji Baker, Deputy Director of Rockdale County Animal Services. “This meeting is a chance for residents to ask questions, give feedback, and explore ways to get involved. Rockdale County Animal Services is proud to support both animals and the community.”
