Rockdale County BOC Chairman Nesbitt to host “Shop Talk” March 18

ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA – Rockdale County Chairman Oz Nesbitt, Sr. will host the first Shop Talk forum of this  year on March 18, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at The Lab Barber Shop, 1820 GA Highway 20, Suite 158, Conyers.

The Shop Talk forums are held at local barbershops as a way to connect the community with government staff and officials. The series introduces government officials and staff to those who may not know who they are, their roles, and their duties and responsibilities. Attendees have an opportunity to dialogue with officials.

The upcoming Shop Talk will feature the following speakers to answer questions and concerns:

• Phinia Aten, Rockdale County Magistrate Judge
• Marian McDaniel, Rockdale County Fire-Rescue, Chief
• Sharon Webb, Rockdale County Fire-Rescue, Deputy Fire Chief
• Eric Levett, Rockdale County Sheriff
