ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA– Rockdale County Chairman Oz Nesbitt, Sr., will host the second of three Shop Talk forums for this year. The series, held at local barbershops, connects the community with government staff and officials.
This next Shop Talk will be held on Aug. 12, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Headquarterz Barbershop, 1180 West Ave S.W., Suite C, Conyers. The following speakers will attend to answer questions and concerns:
Janice Morris, Rockdale County Clerk of Superior and State Court
Will Barkley, Executive Director of Rockdale County Board of Assessors
Brian Kelley, Director of Rockdale County Department of Transportation
Shop Talk is a grass-roots approach to getting to know the community by interacting and engaging in an “open-air” dialogue. The series will also introduce government officials and staff to those who may not know who they are, their roles, and their duties and responsibilities.
