NORCROSS, GA– Gwinnett County Police detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who threatened a taxi driver with a knife. Police released photos of the suspect today, June 29.
The taxi driver picked up the man on May 10 and drove him to the 1500 block of Shenta Oak Drive in Norcross.
When they arrived, the man only paid part of the taxi fare and told the driver he was going inside to get the rest of the money.
After the man did not return, the taxi driver went to the front door to ask about the remaining fare. The man then came outside holding a pole in one hand and a knife in the other and threatened the driver with the knife. The driver left the area and contacted police.
