ATLANTA—Antrell Tyson, regional director for the U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) for Region IV, received a proclamation on Jan. 9 from the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners honoring his presidential appointment. He was presented with the honor by DeKalb County Commissioner Mereda Davis Johnson.
