DECATUR, GA—Contractors working on behalf of DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management have completed the replacement of the damaged 30-inch-diameter water line. The work took place overnight beginning on Thursday, June 22, at 8 p.m. to lessen the impact on residents, businesses, and commuters near DeKalb Industrial Way.
