Starting at 9 a.m. tomorrow, tenants and landlords can apply for financial assistance by completing an application at www.dekalbcountyga.gov/renthelp and submitting supporting documents to renthelp@dekalbcountyga.gov. DECATUR,GA— DeKalb County Voter Registration and Elections (DeKalb VRE) today announced advance voting details for the runoff race expected between Stan Watson, who was leading, and Angela Moore, who was in second place to fill the Georgia House District 90 seat on Election Night, Feb. 9.
