GWINNETT COUNTY, GA—Ethan Dumas, 20, of Decatur, GA is facing several charges in connection with the shooting that took place on Aug. 5 at Sugarloaf Mills Mall in Gwinnett County. Dumas is charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault, Criminal Damage to Property in the First Degree, Terroristic Threats and Acts, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime, and Reckless Conduct. He turned himself in to the Gwinnett County Jail on Sept. 11, after Gwinnett County Police obtained warrants for his arrest.
