Rockdale County Chief State Court Judge Clarence Cuthpert, Jr. recently served as a group leader for incoming students at the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, GA. Each year, every law school in Georgia partners with the State Bar of Georgia Committee on Professionalism and the Chief Justice’s Commission to conduct a program that orients incoming students to ethics and professionalism. Clay is wanted in connection with multiple financial thefts and fraud charges totaling over $100,000.00. A routine traffic stop lead to charges against Clay.
