Corrine worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the U.S. Treasury Department for more than 30 years.

Her greatest passions in life were her family, her sorority sisters, and traveling with her family to distant destinations on an  annual basis, including Jamaica, St. Lucia, the Virgin Islands, Mexico, London, Brussels, and Paris. Corrine cherished the many memories she created with her sorors of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at the University of Georgia.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her husband, Plez, her daughter, Corrina, the extended Robinson, Matthews, and Joyner families, as well as all the friends who knew and loved her.
