DeKalb County BOC on summer recess, District 4 seeking to fill advisory boards

DEKALB COUNTY, GA—The DeKalb County Board of Commissioners (BOC) is on summer recess from July 14 through Aug. 10. Regular BOC meetings will resume following the recess. County services will continue to operate as normal throughout the recess period.

Presiding Officer Commissioner Chakira Johnson, District 4,  announced that her district has openings on several DeKalb County advisory boards. Residents interested in getting involved in local government are encouraged to apply.
