DECATUR, GA– Livingstone Place, between East College Avenue and Craigie Avenue, will be closed to through-traffic 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday – Friday, Sept. 9-30 to facilitate a watermain replacement at 718 Livingstone Place.
Road closure and detour signs will be placed in the area during the road closure period advising motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions.
