DECATUR, GA– DeKalb County Tax Commissioner Nicole M. Golden has released her office’s 2025 annual report to taxpayers. The report details the important work done by the tax commissioner’s office in collecting and disbursing nearly $2 billion in revenue for county services.
“I am proud to share the achievements and fiscal responsibility this office consistently shows in motor vehicle and property tax collections,” saidGolden. “It is important for the residents of DeKalb to understand the office’s commitment to delivering excellent customer service, responsibly collecting and distributing revenue, and serving our community by creating informed and satisfied taxpayers.”
The report includes performance highlights within the property tax and motor vehicle divisions of the tax commissioner’s office, financial highlights, community outreach efforts, and customer service results.
“We as taxpayers must understand the importance of county services and the impact it has on our daily lives. I encourage you to also reflect on the county’s progress and services to residents,” Golden said.
