Acting on a complaint from an accident victim, the DeKalb County Police Intelligence Unit arrested a civilian employee of the Police Department following a three-month investigation.
Shirley Waters, an aide with the Auto Theft Unit, has been charged with computer invasion of Privacy for providing and selling vehicle accident information to Reginald Earl Jenkins.
Felony warrants for bribery and criminal conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy were obtained for Jenkins and she was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on June 13.
