DeKalb Workforce Development (DWD) is partnering with Wipro Business Process Services for a direct hiring event on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 9 a.m. to noon. The hiring event will take place at the DWD office, located at 774 Jordan Lane, Bldg. 4, Decatur. Thirty jobs will be filled.
Wipro Business Process Services, a part of Wipro Ltd. (NYSE:WIT), a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company, will hire for the following jobs during the event:

Customer Service Agent
($12 per hour) |
Six months proven call center experience, health care industry preferred; high school diploma/GED equivalent.
Candidates must pass customer service ProveIt assessment. |
Technical Support Agent
($12 per hour) |
At least one year of experience in diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics. Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft and Mac, including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.

Successful candidates will start in their new positions over the next few weeks.
During previous Wipro hiring events, approximately 240 jobseekers were interviewed and more than 150 candidates received employment offers on the spot. The positions filled included full-time customer service agents and technical support agents.
