GWINNETT COUNTY, GA- The Internal Revenue Service will conduct a public sale of the household contents and home in Lilburn, Georgia on July 24, 2024.
The contents and the home at 1054 Morgan Garner Drive SW, Lilburn will be sold at 10 a.m. on July 24, 2024, at the property location. Registration and open house will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 23, 2024, and from 9-10 a.m. on July 24, 2024. The items for sale include furniture, TVs, rugs, refrigerators, washers/dryers, decorative items and so much more.
The minimum bid for the home is $450,000. Any bidder for the house must also present a cashier’s check in the amount of $90,000 made payable to the Clerk of United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. There is no minimum bid for the household contents. There is also no buyer’s premium or sales tax for either auction. Full payment of a bid for the household contents will be due at the end of the auction.
Payments must be made by certified, cashier’s or treasurer’s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States. Payment may also be made by any United States postal, bank, express or telegraph money order. All checks and money orders should be made payable to the Clerk of United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
