Gwinnett County residents will go to the polls on March 19 to vote on a referendum to expand transit services. If the referendum passes, Gwinnett’s transit system and services will expand based on Gwinnett’s plan and its contract with MARTA. The expansion will be funded through a one-cent sales tax for transit.
In preparation for the Transit Referendum, the county will host a series of open house education sessions. The sessions will be held on the following dates:

- Wednesday, Jan. 30 – 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., George Pierce Park Community Recreation Center Community Room, 55 Buford Highway, Suwanee
