ATLANTA–The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) will present the 2026 Atlanta Parade of Homes over the course of three weekends: April 18-19, April 5-26, and May 2-3.
For more than 60 years, the event has been a magnet for prospective homebuyers, real estate agents, interior design influencers and inspiration seekers. And this year is expected to be no different as GAHBA presents the largest annual Spring showcase of new homes across metro Atlanta. This year’s Parade will feature 25 builders and over 150 homes spanning 24 cities and 20 counties.
“Each year, the Atlanta Parade of Homes showcases the very best of what our builders have to offer—innovation, craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality,” said GAHBA Executive Officer Corey Deal. “The 2026 Parade is especially meaningful for buyers who are ready for their next chapter, highlighting homes designed with more space, better functionality, and the features that truly fit today’s lifestyles. It reflects not only the strength of our industry but also our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of Metro Atlanta families.”
The Atlanta Parade of Homes offers free self-guided tours of a wide variety of models, spec houses, and available townhomes, shining a spotlight on a broad range of builders, styles, locations, and price points. Each featured home is expertly crafted by GAHBA builder members, including David Weekley Homes, Taylor Morrison, and many more. To further enhance the allure of the Parade, select builders may offer door prizes, giveaways, and special incentives.
Parade hours across all three weekends in April and May are: Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 to 5p.m.
