LAWRENCEVILLE, GA– Gwinnett County Police detectives have arrested Luis Soto and charged him with Home Invasion, two counts of Kidnapping, two counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of False Imprisonment, two counts of Armed Robbery, and one count of Impersonating a Public Official. DeKalb to host second Medicaid re-enrollment even  DECATUR, GA — DeKalb County is hosting its second Medicaid re-enrollment event to help residents retain essential health insurance. “Thousands of DeKalb residents are facing the loss of essential Medicaid coverage,” said DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond.
