DECATUR, GA– DeKalb County and its contractors will continue the water meter replacement on Cartecay Drive, between Ellijay Drive and Sylvan Circle. Work is planned for Wednesday, Feb. 2, through Friday, Feb. 4, unless unforeseen circumstances arise, officials said.
