A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Nikishia Young, 49, of Snellville for fraud and forgery charges, two counts of Insurance Fraud, one count of Identity Fraud, and three counts of Forgery in the 1st Degree, Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. ATLANTA—Over 3 million vaccines have been administered in Georgia, about 82 % of the doses allocated to the state, according to the state’s  Department of Public Health vaccine dashboard.  The 3 million vaccines include 1 million Georgians over the age of 65, about 72% of Georgia’s senior population.
