Federal grant to expand HIV care in Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties ATLANTA – The Fulton County Department of HIV Elimination is one of the recipients of Fiscal Year 2021 “Ending the HIV Epidemic” funding from the United States Department of Health & Human Services.
