Talk With Me Baby is hosting a free workshop on June 23, noon to 1 p.m., at Gwinnett Technical College (in the Busbee Banquet Hall, Building 700), 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville.
The public action campaign is aimed at coaching parents and caregivers on language nutrition in the earliest stages of a child’s development. Parents are invited to get some tips, along with obstetric, neonatal and pediatric nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, and midwives. The course has been approved by the South Carolina Nursing Association for one Continuing Nursing Education unit.
