The City of Ethics program was developed by a panel of business and government leaders in 1999. GWINNETT COUNTY, GA– The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the parking lot of an Applebee’s restaurant. At around 10:30 p.m. on Monday July 17, officers assigned to the South Precinct were dispatched to a “person shot” call in the parking lot of the Applebee’s located at 5200 Stone Mountain Highway in unincorporated Stone Mountain, investigators said. GWINNETT COUNTY– The Gwinnett County Police Department(GCPD) is seeking two suspects who attempted to fraudulently transfer $250,000 from a business account at Bank of America. On May 18, two individuals entered the Bank of America at 5500 Peachtree Pkwy in Peachtree Corners with fraudulent identifying information, investigators said. One of them presented himself as the owner of a local recycling business and attempted to transfer $250,000 from the business bank account.
