DECATUR, GA—Fisher Trail NE, between Imperial Drive NE and Eldorado Drive NE, will be closed to through-traffic Thursday, Sept. 15, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., to facilitate the repair of a sewer main line. Road closure and detour signs will be placed in the area during the road closure period advising motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions. DECATUR, GA—The DeKalb Board of Voter Registration and Elections (DeKalb VRE) during its regularly scheduled meeting on Sept. 8 confirmed the location of 16 advance voting locations and changes to Election Day polling sites. Advance voting in DeKalb County will be held Oct. 17—Nov.  4.
