WASHINGTON, D.C.—This week, U.S. Rep. Hank Johnson voted to pass bipartisan, bicameral legislation to end forced arbitration for sexual harassment and assault survivors nationwide. The Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, H.R. 4445, will void forced arbitration agreements in any contract if a sexual assault or harassment claim is brought. CONYERS, GA—The Conyers Rockdale Council for the Arts has postponed the Feb. 8 performance of Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad, which was to be  presented by the Virginia Repertory Theater. Officials said members of the cast have tested positive for COVID-19. Officials said every effort will be made to reschedule the event for a new date.
