ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) has released the application for new and returning providers of Georgia’s Pre-K Program for the 2021-2022 school year. Applications to provide Georgia’s Pre-K Program for the next school year must be received by DECAL by Friday, March 19, 5 p.m. EDT. Stonecrest, GA – Mayor Jason Lary announced today (Feb.28)  that he may be battling a third round of cancer.  The mayor said that he is seeking further treatments and medical opinions and will know more later this week.  The announcement was made during the Stonecrest City Council Retreat, a two-day, virtual event in which the council discussed the city’s vision and future projects. King announced today that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Tacarra Gant, 26, for one count of Insurance Fraud and one count of Forgery in the 1st Degree.
