DEKALB COUNTY, GA—William Moore-Earvin, a member of the notorious “Drug Rich” street gang has been sentenced to life without parole plus 45 years in prison for the murder of Andrew Miller, 19. Drug Rich is a hybrid criminal street gang originating from Stone Mountain, according to investigators. Moore-Earvin, 26, learned his fate on Sept. 9 during a sentence hearing before DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Gregory A . Adams. Taxpayers paying the first installment, or the full annual amount in one payment, must be paid by the deadline. Payments can be made online at DeKalbTax.org.
