ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA – County property owners will see their stormwater fees on their property tax bills, instead of receiving a separate bill from the Stormwater Management Department beginning this year. Residents will see the fee on the property assessment notices, which are mailed in April and give an estimate of what will be due in November.    The new residential rate, effective Jan. 1, 2021, is set at $102.  Commercial rates are calculated per square foot of impervious area. STONECREST, Ga. (April 10, 2021) – The Stonecrest City Hall has been closed to the general public for the past several months due to the ongoing pandemic. However, it is used intermittently by some City staff who require materials and equipment only available at City Hall. ATLANTA –Attorney General Chris Carr has joined a 14-state coalition of attorneys general in sending a letter to U.S. Senate leaders opposing a pro-union bill.
